ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 354 days in filing this criminal revision case against the order dated 05.01.2024 in MC.No.7 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 354 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall jointly pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondent, within a period of one week from today, failing which the present order shall stand automatically cancelled.
