Today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that during pendency of this Criminal Original Peition, the Trial Court has disposed of the case in C.C.No.87 of 2013 on 20.03.2018 and all the accused were acquitted. He has produced a copy of the slip proceedings issued by the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore.

3. A perusal of the said slip proceedings shows that the case in C.C.No.87 of 2013 has been disposed of on 20.03.2018 and the accused 1 to 4 were acquitted. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

4. In the result, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
