Vide order dated 27.05.2022, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to execute the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12781 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/Police.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. The petitioner is directed to pay the amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five thousand only) to All Children Trust, No.22, Ramalingapuram, Sri Kannapiran Mill Opposite, Sowripalayam Road, Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu on or before 27.09.2022 and thereafter execute the bond and sureties.
