O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to Register the petitioner's complaint dated on 27.12.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 25.10.2021. Thereafter no action has been taken. Followed it by another complaint lodged by the petitioner on 27.10.2021, thereafter too no action has been taken. Hence filed the above said petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after receipt of the complaint C.S.R.No.488 of 2021 has been assigned on 15.11.2021 and enquiry is in progress. 4.In view of the same, the respondents are directed to conclude the enquiry, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
