This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 521 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwant, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner, and Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the respondent.

The delay of 521 days in filing the appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One Thousand only] towards costs to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Campus, Madras.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
