ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 120-B, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, in Crime 140 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the accused person has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
