O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 4.6.2013, at an early date, within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made a representation dated 04.06.2013 to the third respondent. He had sought for demarcating the boundaries of the properties, comprised in Doc.No.6178/1966 dated 02.12.1966 and situate in S.No.58/1,3 & 4, measuring total extent of 111 cents at Chinnayyankulam Village, Kancheepuram Taluk and District. Though the representation has been received by the third respondent, no order has been passed and hence, the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.G.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2013, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
