ORDER

By order dated 05.08.2025, the parties were referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and in the presence of the Mediator assigned to mediate the disputes between the parties, the parties have successfully reached a settlement and a settlement agreement has also been executed on 09.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing on both sides also state that the conditions contemplated in the said Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2025 are being given effect to, in true letter and spirit.

3. Recording the said Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2025, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The said Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2025, shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
