Heard Mr. M.Madhuprakash, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. T.Arun Kumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First Respondent, and Mrs. P.T.Ramadevi, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Second to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 25.08.2022 made by the Petitioner and to direct the Respondents to remove the flag pole erected near the entrance of the residence of the Petitioner.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the flag pole erected near the entrance of 2/5

the residence of the Petitioner has been removed and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts the same and he has made endorsement to that effect in the court record.

As nothing remains for further consideration, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
