Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to conduct survey of land comprised in survey Nos.68/39 and 210/18 of Simizhi Village, Kudavasal Taluk, Thiruvarur District and issue sub division patta in the name of petitioner after rectifying the error crept in the revenue records, based on the proceedings of the first respondent issued in Na.Ka.11619/2016/B1 dated 30.11.2016 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to conduct survey of the land comprised in survey Nos.68/39 and 210/18 situated at Simizhi Village, Kudavasal Taluk, Thiruvarur District and issue sub division patta after rectifying the error crept in the revenue records.

2. It is seen that by the communication dated 30.11.2016, the first respondent directed the fourth respondent to conduct field inspection and file report.

3. Considering the same, the fourth respondent is directed to inspect and survey the subject property after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and thereafter conduct enquiry and pass orders for sub division and issuance of patta within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
