This application has been filed seeking issuance of fresh succession certificate, since the original succession certificate issued by this Court got damaged in a minor fire accident. The damaged succession certificate has also been produced by the counsel. It is seen that the stamp papers are damaged. It appears, the Bank is refusing to recognize the succession certificate. In view of the above, there will be a direction to issue a fresh succession certificate on payment of necessary duty and return of the original certificate. 26.08.2019 kkn Note: Succession certificate shall be issued by 06.09.2019. http://www.judis.nic.in
