This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representative of the first appellant/V.Vivekanandan, who died on 02.04.2021 leaving behind his legal heir viz., Bhuvanalakshmi (Daughter).

4. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
