PRAYER: Application filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of Original Side Rules read with Order XXXVIII Rule 6(2) of CPC, praying to raise the attachment, which was made on the schedule mentioned property pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.02.2015 in Application No. 7015 of 2014 in terms of the settlement arrived between the respondent and the petitioner and the copy of the raise attachment order be transmitted through District Court, Villupuram. O R D E R

This application has been filed seeking to raise the order of attachment earlier passed by this Court on 09.02.2025 in Application No.7015 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application, since the applicant has settled the dues of the respondent.

3. Since the claim of the respondent has been settled this application has to be allowed as prayed for.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed by raising the order of attachment dated 09.02.2025 in Application No. 7015 of 2014. No costs.

5. The applicant is permitted to intimate this order to the Registration Authorities as well as other Statutory Authorities to remove the order of attachment from their respective records. 07.07.2025 Maya
