This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 312 days in representing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of cost.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 27.11.2024.

5. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the CMA and post it for admission on 28.11.2024, if the same is otherwise in order.

6. If the cost is not paid on or before 27.11.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
