O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2013.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the absolute the owner of the property in Survey No.292/1 and 292/7 at No.135, Meenur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District and patta was issued in favour of the petitioner. The 2nd respondent has cancelled the said patta without giving any notice, hence the petitioner gave a representation to the 1st respondent. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that if a fresh representation is given, it would be considered in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

5. In the light of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to give fresh representation to the 1st respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enclosing the copy of this order. On such compliance, the 1st respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunity to the necessary parties with twelve weeks therefrom.

6. With the above observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
