ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the threat of the 2nd and 3rd proposed respondents and preventing them from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's landed property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he had purchased a land on 16.09.2016 and thereafter, on 09.10.2016, the second respondent and the third respondent have buried the body of their brother Balaji in the land purchased by the petitioner. In this connection, a suit in O.S.No.84 of 2016 has been filed by the petitioner and the same is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.194 of 2016.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the first respondent police to conduct enquiry in CSR No.194 of 2016 by calling all the parties and take action in accordance with law.
