ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the First Respondent issued in Ref.No.A3/0921180/95-96 dated 28.05.2002 to the Second Respondent and quash the same as illegal and forbear the Respondents from proceeding against the Petitioner for the alleged arrears of sales tax of M/s Vel Paper Products.

There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearings on 14.06.2018 and 21.06.2018 as well as today at 10.32 a.m and 2.22 p.m despite the matter being posted under the caption of 'For Dismissal'. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
