The petitioner has sought for a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for a detailed enquiry into the affairs of the 2nd respondent Association. 2.Heard Mr.Leelesh Sundaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner after affording opportunity to the 2nd respondent and take a decision on its own

3/5 merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
