PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Ka.Pa.Ni.3/113444/2018 dated 29-05-2019 confirming the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Mu.Mu.No.A4/9187/2015 dated 29-10-2015 abd Aa1/7565/2013 dated 23-12-2014 and quash the said orders and direct the respondent to regularise the period mentioned in the said order of the 2nd respondent as duty period and grant him all consequential benefits.
