Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (I) WMP No.23373 of 2019 to issue suitable Ad Interim Orders directing the 3rd respondent Joint Director to give approval provisionally to the appointments of 4 Assistant Professors (Name List annexed) in the petitioner college and disburse the salary and allowances to them, within a reasonable time, as may be specified by this Honourable Court pending disposal of the writ petition.
(II) WMP No.23383 of 2019 to issue suitable Ad Interim Orders directing the 3rd respondent Joint Director to give approval provisionally to the appointments of 4 Assistant Professors (Name List annexed) in the petitioner college and disburse the salary and allowances to them, within a reasonable time, as may be specified by this Honourable Court pending disposal of the writ petition.

(III) WMP No.23395 of 2019 to issue suitable Ad Interim Orders directing the 3rd respondent Joint Director to give approval provisionally to the appointments of Mrs. J. Renuka as Assistant Professor in Maths in the petitioner college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary and allowances to her, within a reasonable time, as may be specified by this Honourable Court, pending disposal of the writ petition. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. P.GODS SWAMINATHAN, for M/S.ISAAC CHAMBERS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.RAJA, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Since the interim relief sought for in the Miscellaneous Petition is merged with the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition, I am not inclined to grant interim direction. Hence the Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
