This Appeal Suit has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 03.09.2021 passed in O.S.No.178 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge of Kancheepuram at Chenglepet and allow the Appeal with exemplary cost.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he also made an endorsement that the appeal is not pressed as it is settled out of Court.
3. Considering the same, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.20132 of 2021 is closed and C.M.P.No.10553 of 2022 is ordered accordingly and the Registry is directed to refund the Court fee, as per rules.
