Heard Mr.M.Karunanidhi, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.V.Kadirvelu, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3; Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned counsel for the 4th respondent; and Mr.P.Godson Swaminath, learned counsel for the 5th respondent. 2.The prayers in the writ miscellaneous petition and in the main petition are one and the same. Therefore, this petition for interim prayer cannot be considered at this stage. 3.In view of the above, this writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
