Respondent ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This Court by its order dated 02.01.2025, extended time for the advocate commissioner to repossess the vehicle by another period of eight weeks from that date. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the vehicle has not been located. No useful purpose will be served if the application is allowed to be kept pending when the vehicle is not located.

2. Accordingly, this application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application, seeking for appointment of an advocate commissioner once the vehicle is located. Since the applicant has already paid the initial remuneration to the advocate commissioner in this application, this Court shall consider retaining the very same advocate commissioner when this Court considers the fresh application filed by the applicant.
