Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 4th and 5th respondents from demanding and collecting the Motor Vehicles Tax in respect of the petitioner's vehicles for a period for which the petitioner have paid the Toll fee for using the National Highways and has not plied on any other Road in the State of Tamilnadu.
