The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition to dispose of the appeal within a reasonable time.
2. Heard Mr.R.Muralikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Manoharan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
3. It is the contention of the petitioner that, he submitted an appeal on 17.03.2025 before the first respondent.
4. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they would consider the petitioner's appeal within a reasonable time.
5. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal
dated 17.03.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
