Udumalpet and remove the encroachment and report the same to the 5th respondent as per the instructions of the 6th respondent in letter No.Ko.14/Vu.Po/ Negamam/2014, dated 18.07.2014. For Petitioner :

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct the allegation of the petitioner of encroachment in the PAP channel from main canal of 28/6 and 28/7 sub canal to S.F.No.276/B2B at Vagathozhuvu village, Udumalpet, be looked into by the seventh respondent / Tahsildar and in case, any encroachment is found on inspection being carried out within two (2) weeks of the receipt of this order, to take action in accordance with law in respect of the same, after notice to all concerned. This exercise be undertaken within a total period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order.
