(1D) No.297, Higher Education (F1) Department, dated 11.10.2012 with consequential benefits.

ORDER

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition since the petitioner has already retired from service as Principal as on 31.05.2016 and hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, permission is granted to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
