PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the objection raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 29.05.2025 and 28.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to respondents 6 to 8 is dispensed with.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to consider petitioner's representations dated 29.05.2025 and 28.06.2025.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted representations dated 29.05.2025 and 28.06.2025 seeking cancellation of fraudulent sale deed dated 18.02.2025 registered as Document No.407 of 2025. It is further stated that the representations have not been considered till date. Aggrieved, petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. At the outset, it is submitted by Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special 2/5

Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5 that the representations submitted by petitioner contains a request for cancellation of sale deed dated 18.02.2025. He would further submit that registering authority may not have the jurisdiction to cancel sale deed and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of aforesaid sale deed, he may have to approach the Civil Court for remedy.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for redressal of grievance, if any, in the manner known to law. No costs.
