It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the vehicle has already been seized and the same has also been handed over to the applicant. The said statement is recorded.

2. The Advocate Commissioner was initially paid a sum of Rs.30,000/-. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, as seen from the report filed by the Advocate Commissioner, the vehicle has been seized from Gudiyatham and handed over the custody of the same to the applicant. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Despite the service of notice, the respondent has chosen not to enter appearance in this application. Hence, the respondent is set exparte by this Court.

4. Since the respondent has been set exparte, this application is disposed of by recording the fact that the Advocate Commissioner has repossessed the vehicle and handed over the custody of the same to the applicant.
