O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has been unsuccessful in the endeavour to shift the arrack shop despite representations made, as it has been found not feasible to locate it in another place.

2. On our query as to which Rule or norm has been violated, nothing has been pointed out to us. Not only that the issue as to what should be the restrictions in the location of the liquor shop on the State Highways is the subject matter of the proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid, at present, it is not possible to issue any directions in this writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WMP.No.24616 of 2016 is also dismissed.
