ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue NOC for running a SPA.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the application given by the petitioner herein had not contain all the necessary particulars, to scrutinize his application as per the Standard Operating Procedure. If the petitioner submits all the relevant informations, his representation will be considered in accordance with law.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to furnish all the necessary particulars which are required for considering his application. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
