The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse to the petitioner all the retirement and pensionary benefits due and payable to the petitioner on his retirement on 31.08.2002, after deducting the alleged loss of Rs.53,064/-.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the retirement benefits due to the petitioner were given to the petitioner. To that effect, he also produced a letter of the Sub-Collector, Mettur, written to the District Collector, Salem, dated 15.06.2017, for the perusal of this Court. 3.Since the prayer in this writ petition has already been complied with by the respondents, now nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
