The present application is filed to condone the delay of 673 days in challenging the order of adjudication dated 13.11.2019 in claim No.1/35/2001.

2. The Deputy Official Liquidator represents the Company in liquidation. Upon considering the affidavit in support of the application and, in particular, in paragraph No.10 thereof, the applicant has made out a sufficient cause to condone the delay.

Accordingly, Comp.A.No.289 of 2021 is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
