vga 2.The Principal District Court, Erode has given a letter dated 19.06.2020 seeking extension of time on the ground that due to the prevailing situation, the parties are not able to appear before the Court and therefore, the petitions in POP Nos.65 and 118 of 2018 could not be disposed of within the time granted by this Court. Hence, the Principal District Court, Erode requested six months time to dispose of the said petitions.

3.Considering the prevailing situation, this Court is inclined to give a final chance to the Principal District Court, Erode to comply with the direction issued by this Court on 04.11.2019. 4.Accordingly, the Principal District Court, Erode is directed to dispose of the above petitions in POP Nos.65 and 118 of 2018 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 31.07.2020 vga 2/3
