A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners stating that the third petitioner, viz., S.Saravanan had unfortunately died on 18.08.2020 and to recognize his legal heirs, viz., Gnanajothi and Ramasamy /wife and son.

2. The Original Petition No. 104 of 2019 had been filed seeking Succession Certificate and after examining the evidence recorded, Succession Certificate was directed to be issued on 01.11.2019. At that time, the third petitioner was alive. Subsequently, he had died. Succession Certificate was sought with respect to the securities in the name of R.M.Srinivasan, the father of the third petitioner and also of the first and second respondents, who died intestate on 11.10.1998. In the schedule, it had been mentioned that the deceased was in possession of the share certificates of Tube Investments of India Limited and TI Financial Holdings Limited.

3. A clarification is now issued that the Succession Certificate also

issued in the name of third petitioner, S.Saravanan, would also accrue since owing to his death to his widow Gnanajothi and to his son Ramaswamy.

4. Both the entities of Tube Investments of India Limited and TI Financial Holdings Limited are directed to act in accordance with this order also read in conjunction with the Succession Certificate already issued.

5. The first and second legal heirs of the third petitioner, viz.,Gnanajothi and Ramasamy are also permitted to deal with their share of the securities independent of the respondents.

6. The petition stands allowed.
