The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the deposit was made by the first wife of the petitioner's husband, namely, Chithradevi, in the name of the petitioner's children. However, in paragraph Nos.1 and 3 of the order dated 08.03.2021, it has been wrongly mentioned as her husband made such deposit and there is a typographical error in mentioning the paragraph number. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the order dated 08.03.2021 made in W.P.No.10792 of 2020.

3. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by substituting a word "Chithradevi" in the first line of paragraph No.1 instead of "the petitioner's husband" and in the fourth line of paragraph No.3, instead of "her husband" and by amending paragraph numbers. 22.11.2023 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
