Crl.M.P.No.11141 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12436 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6 (b) that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.12436 of 2024 dated 24.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.12436 of 2024 dated 24.05.2024 is relaxed in toto.
