ORDER

The petitioner after applying issuance of No Objection Certificate to the authorities on 06.08.2024 for permission to run a SPA without required documents, is before this Court seeking mandamus.

2. This Court finds that the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be entertained based on a truncated application. Hence, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to make proper application with all necessary documents. No order as to costs.
