The Writ Petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to conduct the car festival of Bagavathi Amman deity passing through the Adi Dravidar Street of Devarayapuram Village and provide Police protection.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the HR & CE Department submits that the necessary arrangement will be made for the Temple car procession passing through Adi Dravidar Street of Devarayapuram Village, if necessary with Police protection.

3. Recording the said undertaking, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the HR & CE Department to conduct the car festival of Bagavathi Amman Deity passing through the Adi Dravidar Street of Devarayapuram Village, involving all the community persons in the village.
