This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the Contempt Petition in No.2596 of 2022, which was closed on 19.12.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet is yet to be filed before the concerned Court.
