This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Sriperumbudur and report before the Sriperumbudur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am and 4.30 pm for a period of three weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police at 10.30 am until further orders, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18467 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed. However, it is yet to be taken on file. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18467 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gobichettipalayam on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
