ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 05.07.2019 made in OS.SR.No.4509 of 2019 on the file of I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed suit for declaration of decree of divorce granted in the Family Court as null and void. Therefore, the court below rightly returned the plaint to present before the court concerned having

jurisdiction. As such, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the court below.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to re-present the plaint before the court concerned having jurisdiction. No order as to costs.
