Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer investigation in Crime No. 144 of 2024 dated 27.04.2024 pending on the file of 6th respondent police to the 7th respondent Central Bureau of Investigation for conducting investigation in the above case and further direction to file the final report within a time frame manner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2024.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation on the file of the sixth respondent police to the seventh respondent.
Mr. K.M.D. Muhilan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the sixth respondent has completed the investigation and filed final report on 18.07.2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur.
3. In view of the above statement, this Court finds that there is no need for transfer of investigation since the investigation has already been completed and final report has also been filed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the final report, it is for him to file protest petition for take out appropriate application for redressal.
