THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11758 of 2021 IN CRL OP.14545/2021 N.SOBANA [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE, TALUK POLICE STATION, ARAKONAM, RANIPET DISTRICT (CRIME NO.85/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.NO. 14545/2021 dated 22/09/2021 in the interest of justice and pass such further or other orders as deemed fit and just in the cicumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.N.DHURGASHA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Counsel for Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14545 of 2021 on 22.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police Friday of third week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
