This application has been filed to implead the respondents 5 to 39 as defendants 5 to 39 in the suit in C.S.No.730 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the proposed respondents are subsequent purchasers of the suit schedule properties and hence, they are proper and necessary parties to the suit.

3. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with this application, the fact that the proposed respondents are subsequent purchasers, this application is allowed.

4. The applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file APC by 27.11.2023. Notice to the newly impleaded parties by then.
