This application has been filed to amend the plaint by substituting the address of the plaintiff and also including the paragraphs for reliefs in 6 to 43 in the above plaint.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as the applicant was not aware of the entire documents, the applicant has sought for the proposed amendment and the same is necessary for just adjudication in the suit.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the amendment sought for declaration is barred by limitation and the hence, opposed the application.

4. Considering the nature of amendment sought and as the same will not change the nature of the suit, this application is Ordered as prayed for. The defendants are at liberty raise all their defence by way filing additional written statement,

5. The applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file APC by 27.11.2023.
