Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relevant to the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.85/2006/A1 dated 31.07.2006 and quash the same and direct the third respondent to bring the petitioner into time scale with effect from 31.07.2006 onwards and to issue consequential direction to the respondents to bring the petitioner into regular time scale from the date on which the petitioners have completed three years consolidated pay service in the light of G.O.Ms.No.199 and 72 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 12.08.1997 dated 05.05.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.84, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 21.05.1998 and the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 23.06.2010 passed in W.A.No.385 of 2010 and 47 of 2010 and in W.P.No.10678 of 2012 dated 26.04.2012 and W.P.No.19524 of 2012 dated 21.09.2012 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
