ORDER

This Revision is preferred against an order dismissing the application of the revision petitioner seeking return of the Vehicle under Section 451 and 457 Cr.P.C. The vehicle involved is a four wheeler bearing Registration No.TN-18-AU-4806. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that confiscation proceedings has commenced and in view of the same, she seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the revision petition.
