ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.30089 of 2017 dated 24.08.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Hon'ble Division Bench has stayed the order of this Court. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition in case, the writ appeal is dismissed.
