The present Civil Miscellaneous petition filed seeking to accept the cause title of the 2nd petitioner in the above CRP as "M/s.Nanchil Latex Private Limited" now name changed as "M/s.Nanchil Facilities Private Limited"

represented by its Director Mr.V.Ulaganathan and permit the petitioner to file the present CRP with the said cause title, is ordered as prayed for.

2. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission on 07.07.2025.
